Made with pasteurized milk.  

Camembert is a Brie-type cheese. The Penicillium Candidum mold,which forms the white rind, gives this cheese a mild earthy aroma. It also breaks down the proteins in the cheese by a process known as proteolysis. This gives the cheese a very smooth and creamy texture, and a lovely buttery taste.
